READERS, SPELLERS, STORY TELLERS LEVEL 1&2
We believe that the best way to develop writing is by giving students lots of stimulating opportunities to write while incorporating vocabulary, grammar and reading comprehension. For our youngest clients reading accuracy and comprehension, spelling, basic grammar and vocabulary are integrated with opportunities to write without being judged. Students develop confidence, and improvement follows quickly after that.
WRITE UP LEVEL 3&4
For returning students, this program offers opportunities to further advance writing skills by participating in various projects, learning advanced grammar, reading and analyzing age appropriate literature, writing about social issues and trends.
PROUD PARAGRAPHS
This course introduces structure, punctuation, grammar, vocabulary, effective paragraphs and creative writing. With new students we start with effective paragraph writing and gradually build the skills for essays and other forms of academic and creative writing.
RECOVERY
Designed for new students who need to catch up. We start with writing effective paragraphs and move on to various types of essays, reports and other typical writing assignments students have at school. This course is recommended for students in grade 7 and up. High school students who are struggling also benefit greatly from this course.
HIGH SCHOOL READY WRITING SKILL
Introduction to literary analysis essays and persuasive essays, grammar and vocabulary expected of a successful high school student. Practice for various assignments frequently seen in high school.
TUTORING
For students struggling or wishing to improve their grades, while working one-on-one with a tutor, we offer private classes with our instructors.
